Refund Policy

Our refund policy for the products we offer depends on the type of product you purchase. Below is an overview of how this policy works:

Paperback Version: For the paperback version of our Forex course, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for this refund, the product must meet certain conditions. These conditions are intended to ensure that the product is in its original condition and has not been damaged or significantly used. If these conditions are met, you can request a refund within the stated period.

What are the conditions:

The product must be returned in its original condition. This means it must not be damaged, altered, or used. For a paperback, this means the book must not show any signs of wear, such as bent pages, markings, or damaged covers.

The customer must be able to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice, to prove that the product was purchased from the relevant seller.

Ideally, the product should be returned in its original packaging. This helps ensure the product's safety during transport.

- PDF Version: Regarding the PDF version of the course, the policy differs due to the nature of digital products. Once the PDF is emailed, we no longer have any control over what happens to the file. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for the PDF version. This is standard practice for most digital products, as it is impossible to determine whether a digital file has been used or copied. We therefore ask for your understanding of this policy and encourage customers to carefully consider purchasing the PDF version.

We strive to provide our customers with clarity about our refund policy. If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us.
